Trio Bohème – Piazzola Year 2021

TRIO BOHÈME is a young ensemble of experienced musicians with three nationalities in this very slavonic trio! A Parisian group of musicians from Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, founders of the Tchaikovsky Quartet and Anton Quartet in Moscow, and the Trio Botticelli in the USA.

Piazzolla Year 2021:

In 2021 we celebrate the centenary of the birth of the Argentine composer Piazzolla, considered the most important musician of the second half of the twentieth century for tango music. He created his own universe in classical music, enriched by traditional Argentine music, and called his tango – “liberated tango”.

Trio Bohème joins these musical celebrations around the world by proposing the program «The Seasons» which features Piazzola’s cycle «Four Seasons in Buenos Aires» and Tchaikovsky’s rarely played «Seasons» trio transcription.

This program is a journey to the two sides of the globe. Slavonic sensibility et nostalgia is hand in hand with the fiery temperament of Argentine tango, and brings always the strong emotions at the concerts, with enthusiastic testimonials from the public.

Trio Bohème are:

Jasmina Kulaglich, piano / Lev Maslovsky, violin / Igor Kiritchenko, cello
